We offer a service which includes a bearing change, inspection of damaged or worn parts like worn housings, broken fans, terminal block damage and broken bolts. We either replace or repair the faults using our extensive amount of spare parts.
The Electro Rewinds technicians are often able to repair non working equipment without having to do a full rewind. Often finding faults that can be easily repaired compared to a replacement. We also understand that some repairs need to be done in a timely manner and we always try to accommodate our client’s requests for a fast turn around.
Electro Rewinds are capable of rewinding many different kinds of electric motors, 1 phase, 3 phase, generators, wound rotors, D.C motors, armatures, transformers, electric magnets and brakes. We use high grade insulation varnish and magnet wire.
All electrical equipment that is repaired or rewound is thoroughly tested before work has commenced and dispatched back to the client. We like to complete an early diagnoses and report to our client the costs going forward to repair or rewind the electrical equipment.
